Accelerator Media’s STEM Pathways project aims to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders by featuring organizations addressing global challenges and highlighting diverse STEM careers. The initiative will produce bi-weekly videos targeting an audience of high school students, college undergraduates, and lifelong learners, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications in STEM fields.
STEM Pathways will foster a sense of purpose and direction by illustrating how today’s STEM workforce is connected to the future through their contributions to world-changing innovations. As a vital link in the global STEM ecosystem, this series will connect learners with education and workforce resources, empowering individuals to realize their full potential.

As the host of STEM Pathways, Dr. Femi Oluwafemi brings his expertise in Electrical Engineering and Physics to the forefront. With a passion for AI, inclusive data, and diverse perspectives, Femi will introduce each episode with a thought-provoking question about a global challenge. He’ll then take viewers on-location to interview scientists, researchers, and engineers, exploring their occupations and educational paths. Each episode concludes with Femi encouraging viewers to reflect on their own learning legacy and stay curious, while inviting them to engage with the STEM Pathways community.
